Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your party goods, but if the products you purchase don’t work out, you can return them to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
- We will issue a refund for returns received within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sales and are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging/form.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund the original shipping costs.
RETURN PROCESS
- To return an item, please package it with your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

- Once we receive the returned item, refunds will go directly back to the funding source used for the purchase. Please note that the credit may take up to a week to show up in your account.
DAMAGED ITEM
- Festa Favors has a high-quality standard, and we aim to package products to withstand carrier shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
- Please include details about the problem and send photos of any visual damage to Festafavorsus@gmail.com
- We will issue a refund for the items damaged in transit. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEMS.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
- Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll ship out the correct item within one business day, along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item if necessary.
- Please let us know what you ordered and received in its place.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY IT’S BEEN DELIVERED WHEN I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT YET?
- If your order status indicates Delivered, but you can’t locate the package, it’s possible the carrier marked it delivered by accident. Carriers typically resolve this error within a day or two.
- Meanwhile, we recommend the following:
- Check around the property and with all household members to ensure they did not accept the package.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the package may have been delivered there.
- If you live in an apartment complex, please get in touch with your building manager to see if they are holding your package at their office.
- Call your local post office with the tracking number and ask if they can further assist you. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you.
- If your order ends up lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will file a claim for you.
- Refunds will be granted no earlier than 5 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Shipping Policy
Here at Festa Favors, we pride ourselves on the fact that we can ship your order out in record time because both our warehouse and fulfillment center operate at the highest level of efficiency.
All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS & FedEx and we also offer express delivery services at additional costs. Most orders will ship from our warehouse the same day or next business day.
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please, allow 24 hours processing time and 7-10 business days to receive your in-stock merchandise. If you notice that one of the items that you want to purchase is currently out of stock, there will be a date listed next to the product stating when we will be receiving the product back in stock. This time frame is an estimate and is solely dependent on when the manufacturer ships the products to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact arrival dates for specific items.
Need your order fast? Try one of our express delivery services. All express orders placed before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday- Friday are shipped the same day. Please note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on non-business days. Express orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.
